**Supplies Needed**
Tube of choice. I'm using a freebie Garv Girl from PTE which you can collect here
Scrapkit of choice. I used a beautiful kit called “Simply Elegant” by Stef's Scrapkits which you can purchase here
Cluster Frame of choice. The one I made from Stef's kit to go with this tutorial can be collected here
Mask of choice. I'm using one from Melissaz Creationz here – Mask 13 which you can download from her blog here
Font of choice

**Plugins**
None
Ready? Then let's begin :)
Open up your tube
Press shift+d to duplicate
Close the original
Open a new canvas – 800 x 800 Pixels
Don't worry that this may seem a little large, we can resize later on :)
Open up your cluster frame
Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “frame”
Grab your tube
Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “tube”
Arrange your tube over the middle of the frame
Layers – Duplicate and rename “tube2”
Drag this layer down in your layer palette so that it is below your frame layer
Highlight your “tube” layer again
With your eraser tool, carefully erase any of your tube which overhangs the bottom of the frame
Highlight your “tube2” layer and add a drop shadow
Hide both tube layers from the minute
Highlight layer “Raster 1” and rename “bg”
Grab your Freehand Selection Tool
Set it on “Point to Point”
Select around the middle of the frame like so :
Open up “pap01_SimplyElegant_Stef'sScrapkits” from the kit
Copy – Paste – Into Selection
Selections – None
Open up “ele37_SimplyElegant_Stef'sScrapkits” from the kit
Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “splash”
Arrange it over by the top-left corner of your frame like so :
Layers – Duplicate and rename “splash1”
Image – Mirror
Layers – Merge – Merge Down
Layers – Duplicate
Image – Flip
Layers – Merge – Merge Down and rename “splash”
Layers – Arrange – Move Down
Unhide both your tube layers
Highlight your “tube” layer
Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “mask”
Selections -Select All
Open up “pap11_SimplyElegant_Stef'sScrapkits” from the kit
Copy – Paste – Into Selection
Selections – None
Layers – Load/Save Mask – Load From Disk
Choose “MC_Mask13” with these settings :
Layers – Arrange – Send To Bottom
Highlight your “tube” layer again
Open up “ele35_SimplyElegant_Stef'sScrapkits” from the kit
Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “twinkle”
Arrange to your liking over the front of your frame and tube
Open up “ele45_SimplyElegant_Stef'sScrapkits” from the kit
Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “butterfly1”
Image – Rezise – 35%
Arrange over on the top-left of your tag
Layers – Duplicate and rename “butterfly2”
Image – Mirror
Arrange your second butterfly on the bottom right-hand side of your tag
Layers – Merge – Merge Down
Add a drop shadow
**If you would like to resize your tag, now is the time to do so**
Add your name and all copyrights.
Save your finished tag and you’re done!
