Mask - “@RRFloraFramesMask-3” HERE

Font – “Network Vampires” HERE

**Plugins**

Xero – Simplicity

Xero – Radiance

VanDerLee – Old Movie

Tramages – Tow The Line

Eyecandy – Gradient Glow

Open your tube

Shift+d to duplicate

Minimize it for the moment

Close the original

@@@For The Tag@@@

Open up a new image – 650 x 200 pixels

Grab your Floodfill Tool

Change your background to gradient

Foreground/Background with these two colours:

#613023 & #835e37

Linear – Angle 304 – Repeats 3

Invert Un-Checked

Fill your canvas using the newly made gradient

Effects – Xero – Simplicity

Use the default settings

Rename this layer “background”

Layers – Duplicate and rename “background1”

Effects – VanDerLee – Old Movie

Use the default settings

Change the Blend Mode to “Hard Light”

Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “mask

Floodfill with #000000

Layers – Load/Save Mask – Load Mask From Disk

Choose “@RRFloraFramesMask-3” with these settings :

Layers – Arrange – Move Down

Highlight layer “background1” again

Open up “element18” from the kit

Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “clock”

Arrange over on the right-hand of your tag

Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “bar”

Grab your Selection Tool with these settings :

Draw a thin rectangle along the bottom edge of your tag like so :

Grab your Floodfill Tool

Change your background colour to #835e37

Fill the selection

Selections – None

Effects – Tramages – Tow The Line

Use the default settings

Effects – Eyecandy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Change the Blend Mode to “Hard Light”

Open up “element21” from the kit

Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “frame”

Image – Resize – 45%

Arrange over towards the left-hand side of your tag like so

Grab your Magic Wand Tool

Select inside the frame

Selections – Modify – Expand – 2 pixels

Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “inside”

Copy/Paste Paper 7 from the kit into your selection

**Do Not Deselect**

Layers – Arrange – Move Down

Change the Blend Mode to “Screen”

Grab your tube

Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “tube”

Arrange inside the frame

Once happy with the placement

Selections – Invert and hit delete

Selections – None

Highlight the “frame” layer again

Open up “element3” from the kit

Copy – Paste – As New Layer and rename “cogs”

Arrange over on the left-hand side of your tag like so

Select your Font Tool

Font – Network Vampires

Size 48

Background colour #835e37

Type in the word “Steampunk”

Arrange along the bottom-right of your tag

Effects – 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

Offset Vertical : 0, Horizontal 6

Opacity 63, Blur 0, Colour #00000

Repeat the Drop Shadow

Rename this layer “wordart”

Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “border”

Selections – Select All

Selections – Modify – Select Selection Borders

Grab your Floodfill Tool

Change your background to gradient

Foreground/Background with these two colours:

#613023 & #835e37

Linear – Angle 304 – Repeats 3

Invert Checked

Fill your selection

Selections – None

Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow

Offset Vertical : 0, Horizontal 1

Opacity 47, Blur 0.00, Colour #000000

Repeat the Drop Shadow, but with these settings :

Offset Vertical : 1, Horizontal -1

Opacity 47, Blur 0.00, Colour #000000

Add your name and all copyrights.

**Do Not Merge Your Layers Yet**

On your previous tag, close off the following layers :

Name & Copyrights

border

wordart

cogs

frame

tube

inside

bar

Copy – Merged

On your Avatar – Paste – As New Layer and rename “background”

Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “border”

Selections – Select All

Selections – Modify – Select Selection Borders

Grab your Floodfill Tool

Change your background to gradient

Foreground/Background with these two colours:
