tutorial was written on Tuesday, November 13th 2012 by

**Supplies
Needed**
Tube
of choice. I am using one of the beautiful fairies which comes as
part of the kit by Scrappers Delight, which you can purchase over at
the ART store here
Kit
of choice. I am using a beautiful autumnal kit by Scrappers Delight
called “Autumn Sunrise”, also available over at the ART store
here. This kit is jam-packed with so many gorgeous elements to play with,
it is hard to choose which to use.
Mask
of choice. I am using mask 210 by Cat of Insatiable Dreams which you
can download here
**Plugins**
None
Open
a New Image – Canvas size 800 x 500 pixels
Rename
layer “Raster1” to “background” and floodfill with white
(#ffffff)
Layers – New Raster Layer and rename “mask”
Selections
– Select All
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-2” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Selections
– None
Layers
– Load/Save Mask – Load Mask From Disk
Load
up mask “210InsatiableDreams” with these settings :
Image
– Free Rotate with the following settings :
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-47” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “frame”
Image
– Resize – 75%
Grab
your Magic Wand Tool
Select
inside the frame
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 10 pixels
Layers
– New Raster Layer and rename “inside frame”
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-1” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Layers
– Arrange – Move Down
Still
with the inside of your frame selected
Layers
– New Raster Layer and rename “embelishment”
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise18” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Selections
– None
Change
the Blend Mode of this layer to “Overlay”
Highlight
layer “frame” and add a drop shadow
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-56” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “leaves”
Image
– Free Rotate using the previous settings
Arrange
along the bottom of your tag like so :
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is below your
“inside frame” layer
Highlight
your “frame” layer again
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-20” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “wordart”
Image
– Resize – 75%
Grab
your “Change to Target Brush”
Change
your foreground to #c37c19
Colourise
your wordart
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “wordart1”
Layers
– Merge – Merge Down
Arrange
your wordart along the bottom-middle of your tag (see mine above for
guidance)
Once
happy with the placement
Selections
– Select All – Float – Defloat
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 2 pixels
Layers
– New Raster Layer and rename “wordart back”
Grab
your Floodfill Tool
Change
your foreground to #f2d774 and fill your selection
Selections
– None
Layers
– Arrange – Move Down
Add
a drop shadow
Highlight
layer “wordart”
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-25” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “tube”
(If
you are using your own tube, at this point copy/paste that as a new
layer instead)
Image
– Resize – 30%
Image
– Mirror
Arrange
over on the bottom-right of your tag like so :
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is below your
“wordart back” layer
Add
a drop shadow
Highlight
your “wordart” layer again
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-63” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “stem flowers”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Arrange
them over on the right-hand side of your tag, by your tube and the
last letter of the wordart like so :
Add
a drop shadow
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-53” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “vine”
Image
– Resize – 78%
Arrange
the vine along the word “nature” from the wordart at the bottom
of your tag
Add
a drop shadow
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-65” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “flower1”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Arrange
it over on the far bottom-right corner of your tag
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “flower1a”
Image
– Mirror
Arrange
over on the far bottom-left corner of your tag
These
should be either side of the wordart we placed earlier
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “flower2”
Image
– Resize – 75%
Arrange
it next to the larger flower on the left of your tag
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “flower2a”
Image
– Mirror
Arrange
next to the larger flower on the right of your tag
Once
happy with all the flower placings, add a drop shadow to each
Highlight
your “flower2a” layer (this should be your top layer)
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-60” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “pumpkins”
Image
– Resize – 25%
Arrange
over on the bottom-right of your tag by the flowers we just placed
Add
a drop shadow
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-76” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “acorns”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Arrange
over on the bottom-left of your tag by the flowers we placed earlier
Add
a drop shadow
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-29” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “squirrel”
Image
– Resize – 25%
Arrange
down on the bottom of your tag in the middle of the acorns we just
placed
Layers
– Arrange – Move Down
Add
a drop shadow
Highlight
your “acorns” layer (this should be your top layer)
Open
up “sdjpc-Autumn-Sunrise-28” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “butterflya”
Image
– Resize – 35%
Arrange
so that the butterfly is resting on the bottom flower along the edge
of your frame (see my tag above for guidance)
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “butterflyb”
Image
– Mirror
Arrange
the second butterfly over on the bottom-right of your tag, on the
smaller of the two flowers (see my tag above for guidance)
Add
a drop shadow to both butterflies
**If
you would like to resize your tag, now is the time to do so**
Add
your name and all copyrights.
Save
your finished tag and you’re done!
