Cluster Frame - Over The Sea

Hi peeps, 

I have a couple of cluster frames to share.  Both are made using beautiful kits by Stef of Stef's Scrapkits  Thanks again Stef for allowing me to share these over here.   This one is from a Pay-to-Use kit which I worked with back in June.  I do have a tutorial, or should I say notes for a tutorial that goes with this one.  If I ever manage to get caught up, I will get it posted here a.s.a.p. for peeps....lol  For now though, here is the cluster frame for peeps to enjoy.  If you download, please don't forget to stop by Stef's blog and leave her some love :)  Thanks xx
