**Supplies
Needed**
Tube
- “Red Riding Hood” by Tony T HERE
Mask
- “Question” by me HERE
**Plugins**
None
Open
up your tube of choice
Shift
+ d to duplicate
Close
the original
Minimize
your copied tube for the moment
Open
up a new image – Canvas Size 850 x 850 pixels
Rename
layer “Raster 1” to “mask”
Selections
– Select All
Open
up Paper 4 from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Selections
- None
Layers
– Load/Save Mask – Load Mask From Disk
Choose
“DmsMDMasksQuestion” with these settings :
Open
up “ribbonframe1” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “ribbonframe1”
Image
– Free Rotate with these settings :
Arrange
it along the top-center of your tag like so :
Open
up “ribbonframe2” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “ribbonframe2”
Image
– Free Rotate with the same settings
Arrange
it along the bottom of the previous frame like so :
Highlight
layer “ribbonframe1”
Grab
your Magic Wand Tool with these settings :
Select
the inside of the ribbon frame like so :
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 2 pixels
Selections
- Invert
Grab
your tube we minimized earlier
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “tube1”
Arrange
it over the selection
Once
happy with the position
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “tube1a”
Drag
this copy of your tube down in you Layer Palette so that it is below
your “ribbonframe1” layer
Hide
layer “tube1” for a minute
Making
sure layer “tube1a” is highlighted
Grab
your eraser tool
Carefully
erase any overhang of the tube along the bottom of the frame :
Selections
– None
Add
a drop shadow
Unhide
and highlight layer “tube1”
Using
your eraser tool again, carefully erase any overhang of your tube
from below the frame
Highlight
layer “ribbonframe1” again
Select
the inside of the ribbon frame again
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 2 pixels
Layers
– New Raster Layer and rename “inside1”
Open
up Paper 2 from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Selections
– None
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is below your
“tube1a” layer
Highlight
layer “ribbonframe2”
With
your Magic Wand Tool, select the inside of the frame like so :
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 1 pixel
Selections
– Invert
On
your minimized tube
Image
– Mirror
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “tube2”
Arrange
your tube over the selection
Once
happy – Layers – Duplicate and rename “tube2a”
Drag
your duplicate down in your Layer Palette so that it is below layer
“tube1a”
Hide
your “tube2”layer for the moment
Making
sure your “tube2a” layer is highlighted
Grab
your eraser tool and carefully erase any overhang of your tube like
so :
Selections
– None
Add
a drop shadow
Unhide
and highlight layer “tube2”
Using
your eraser tool again, carefully erase any overhang of your tube
from the bottom of the frame
Highlight
layer “ribbonframe2”
Grab
your Magic Wand Tool and select the inside of your frame again
Selections
– Modify – Expand – 1 Pixel
Layers
– New Raster Layer and rename “inside2”
Open
up Paper 9 from the kit
Copy
– Paste – Into Selection
Selections
– None
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is below layer
“tube2a”
Add
a drop shadow to both ribbon frame layers
Highlight
your top layer
Open
up element “starburst” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “starburst”
Arrange
over on the bottom-left of your tag like so :
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “starburst1”
Image
– Mirror
Image
- Flip
Arrange
over on the top-right of your tag like so :
Layers
– Merge - Merge Down
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is above your “mask”
layer
Highlight
your top layer
Open
up element “hibiscus” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “hibiscus”
Arrange
over on the left-hand side of your tag like so :
Add
a drop shadow
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is above layer
“inside2”
Highlight
your top layer
Copy
– Paste element “hibiscus” again and rename “hibiscus1”
Image
– Mirror
Arrange
over on the bottom-right of your tag like so :
Add
a drop shadow
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is above layer
“ribbonframe2”
Highlight
your top layer
Open
up element “bow1” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “bow1”
Add
a drop shadow
Arrange
along the bottom of the smaller ribbon frame like so :
Open
up element “wingedheart” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “wingedheart”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Image
– Free Rotate with these settings :
Add
a drop shadow
Arrange
over on the top left-hand side of your tag like so :
Open
up element “butterfly1” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “butterfly1”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Image
– Free Rotate with these settings :
Add
a drop shadow
Arrange
over on the top right-hand side of your tag like so :
Open
up element “chainedheart” from the kit
Copy
– Paste – As New Layer and rename “CH1”
Image
– Resize – 45%
Add
a drop shadow
Arrange
over on the right-hand side by the butterfly we just placed like so :

– Arrange – Move Down
Layers
– Duplicate and rename “CH2”
Arrange
over on the left-hand side of your tag like so :

– Arrange – Move Down

– Duplicate and rename “CH3”
Arrange
on the bottom-left of your tag like so :
Drag
this layer down in your Layer Palette so that it is below layer
“tube2a”
**If
you would like to resize your tag, now is the time to do so**
